The Town of Erie announced in February 2011 New Incentives for Buyers in the Erie Area.
New buyers will receive a family membership to the Erie Rec Center, a discounted membership to the Colorado National Golf Course, and a FREE airplane tour of their new town!
Many of the incentives extend to buyers of new homes, but buyers of existing homes also will receive a welcome package valued at $450 dollars and a Erie Community center 3-month membership.
